Day 9 / 100 Days to More ~

Do you ever feel that you have too much to do and no time to do it?  Better yet, you have all these big audacious dreams, yet don’t have the energy to start or don’t even know how to begin?  As a result, you feel stuck.  Like a hamster running in circles in the wheel of life.  You feel defeated, you feel despair, you feel downright trapped. 

Like the salvation we did nothing to earn, yet was given to those who accept Jesus, we can have hope that tomorrow we can start anew, fresh in our desire for more.  Doing more doesn’t have to be outrageous.  Doing more is simply doing a little more than what you are presently doing.  It means starting.  It means trusting.  It means being faithful.  If something is planted on your heart, it didn’t just come out of nowhere.  It was planted for a reason.  Whatever is on your heart, embrace the fact that you can take the courageous first step of getting out of the cage you’re trapped in.  No one wants to live the same way for 75-years and call it a life.  You were created for more, so limit or eradicate your excuses (tough love) and take that first step, trust God to direct your path. 

Action:  Close your eyes and think of this question – When you take your last breath, what will be the first thing you hope to hear?  Now, ask yourself, are you using everything God gifted you with?
